We know that plant biodiversity is extremely important. But this is mainly a cognitive knowledge – how would it feel to know the importance of plant biodiversity? How can we understand plants so that we develop a deeper relationship to them? During this autumn hike, we will explore these methods, through activities including meditation, noticing and art-based methods. Sitting with the theme of autumn and fall, we will especially focus on green nature as preparing for winter, resting and shedding that, which one wants to leave behind.
The walk will not be physically demanding. Participants should bring water and light snacks, a small break will be included. Bring waterproof shoes and jacket (the walk will take place in a light rain as well). There are no extra expenses included (except for parking in front of the Botanical garden). There is no age limit to this walk. It is not suitable for children baby carriages. It is ok to bring a dog on a lead with you.
Language is going to be adapted to participants, can be held in both English and Swedish.
